Manuel P. Asensio, a conservative Republican candidate for the US Congress in Florida’s 3rd District announced his campaign’s congressional platform today.
Asensio introduced a landmark bill titled the Eva Asensio Anti-Judicial Corruption Act on April 10, 2022, which corrects the grave errors made by the 96th Congress in its Judicial Conduct Act of 1980.
Asensio is the author of the Wall Street classic Uncovering Deception in the Markets: Sold Short and is recognized as Wall Street’s Pioneer Activist Short Seller. He fought and beat over fifty stock frauds on Wall Street. Asensio’s experiences with the Marxist takeovers of Cuba, Venezuela, and New York inform his anti-Marxist Congressional policies.
Asensio is the founder of the Institute of Judicial Conduct (IJC) and leading investigator of the federal judiciary’s misconduct in Roe vs. Wade and towards parental rights. IJC is a lead investigator of federal judges who used raw will and force against President Donald J. Trump’s decision to reinstate the citizenship question on the 2020 Census, and his executive power to enforce US immigration laws.
His mother, Caridad Asensio, is the founder of the Caridad Health Clinic and a member of Florida’s Women’s Hall of Fame.
