WASHINGTON, D.C. – Rep. French Hill (AR-02) issued the following statement after voting in support of the bipartisan Postal Service Reform Act of 2022.

“The USPS has long needed reforms and House-passage of the Postal Reform Act today will support Postmaster General DeJoy’s efforts as he implements his 10-year reform plan. The USPS is a vital service that directly benefits Arkansans every day and this bill will allow the USPS to continue operations efficiently and in a cost-effective way while stabilizing the agency’s financial health, ensuring the USPS’s longevity. I am proud to support central Arkansas’s postal workers and I’m thankful for their service. I am hopeful this bill will place the USPS on a successful path as it looks towards the future, while also contributing to long-term savings.”
