DENVER - Beginning Saturday, the Joe O’Dea campaign’s newest ad, “The Boss,” will begin airing on television and radio stations across the state, alongside digital distribution. The ad will run for a total of three weeks.
“We’re focused on drawing a contrast with Michael Bennet,” said campaign spokesman Sage Naumann. “Telling Joe’s story - a truly American story - and focusing on his vision for America is going to illuminate our path to victory in the Republican primary and in the general election this November.”
The ad covers major portions of Joe’s story, including his early years as a carpenter, then onto starting a business with his wife, Celeste, and growing it into one of the largest civil contracting firms in the state. It then goes on to address major parts of Joe’s campaign platform, including cutting the national debt, stopping rising inflation, backing our police officers and military, and taking on increasing crime in Colorado.
“The Boss” highlights a quote from one of Colorado’s most revered statesmen, U.S. Senator Hank Brown. When Brown endorsed O’Dea earlier in the month, he singled out O’Dea’s leadership presence:
“Joe O’Dea is the person who sits at the head of the conference table, asking the smart questions, and making tough choices,” said Brown. “Joe O’Dea is a boss – a true leader – not a politician. He’s the kind of conservative Republicans will eagerly support who also boasts a personal story and a common sense approach that will attract independent and swing voters hungry for a new direction in our state and country.”
