DENVER - Governor Polis took action in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Governor Polis extended an Executive Order that temporarily suspends certain state statutory deadlines to allow the continued use of federal funds from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act of 2020 (CARES Act).
