Governor Laura Kelly Visits Businesses in Southeast Kansas for Back to Work, Back to School Tour

Governor Laura Kelly today visited communities in Southeast Kansas as part of her Back to Work, Back to School tour. Governor Kelly visited Monarch Cement in Humboldt, Kansas, to tour the facility and discuss economic and workforce issues with company leadership.
