Earlier this week, Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi appeared on FOX32 Chicago. Reporters noted that the congressman recently returned from a trip to Germany, Austria, and Poland – places where many Ukrainian refugees have fled to.
Congressman Raja said, “We have to do whatever it takes to help them. They are fighting for freedom and democracy across the world, not just in Ukraine – and if Vladimir Putin can get away with this invasion he’s not going to stop there. He’s going to go after additional countries.”
