Unbeknownst to Dingell, however, Slotkin — who, it should be noted, had a career as an intelligence officer before going to Congress — and some staffers were already up to some pranks of their own. When Slotkin went to see Dingell about the U-M flag on her office, she wanted to know: "Have you seen your vehicle?" In the House garage, there was Dingell's car, covered in toilet paper, sticky notes, green balloons and a miniature-stuffed Sparty on the hood. Slotkin's staff caught it on video and posted it on Twitter. "It's on, Debbie," Slotkin said. "Go Green."
