Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) will receive a $192,500 grant to conduct research on synapses from the National Institute of Mental Health.
Congressman Cohen made the following statement:
“It is always good to see this type of investment in research at our medical school. This funding will support important work and lead to advances in mental health treatments and therapies.”
