NEW: Poll Shows Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes 14 Points Ahead of Democratic Primary Field

Today, the Mandela Barnes for Wisconsin campaign released a new poll showing Lieutenant Governor Barnes with a 14 point lead in the Democratic Primary. Mandela Barnes is the overwhelming choice of Democratic voters to defeat Ron Johnson in November.

The poll, conducted by Impact Research, has a number of key findings:

The poll shows Mandela Barnes with 39% of the vote, Alex Lasry with 25%, Sarah Godlewski with 12% with 18% of voters undecided.

Mandela is the most popular candidate in the field and is nearly universally known.

Mandela Barnes is favorably viewed by 82% of primary voters, very favorably viewed by 40% of voters, and unfavorably viewed by just 5% of primary voters.
