Washington — Today, Representative Rick Crawford (AR-01) voted against H.R. 3755, a bill that would override state and local pro-life laws to allow for unrestricted access to abortion up until the moment of birth.

“At a time when inflation is on the rise and families must spend more of their income on basic needs, House Democrats choose to prioritize making abortions available on demand. H.R. 3755 is another attempt by progressives in Congress to undermine the sanctity of life, trample state’s rights, and leave the abortion industry largely unregulated. I will always fight for the right to life of all Americans from the moment they are conceived and the rights of my constituents to not be forced to fund this horrific procedure,” said Rep. Crawford.
