Carter: Pharmacists aren’t pawns for the pro-abortion agenda

Georgia

Following the Department of Health and Human Services' memo warning pharmacists that failing to fill prescriptions for abortion pills will violate federal law, Rep. Earl L. “Buddy” Carter (R-GA), a pharmacist by trade, sounded the alarm on this gross abuse of executive authority:

“Bureaucrats should not infringe on a pharmacist’s ability to do their job. There is no constitutional right to an abortion, and as such, there is no constitutional obligation for pharmacists to knowingly dispense drugs intended for an abortion. This Administration has a habit of using health care professionals as political pawns, from vaccines to abortions, and that abuse must come to an end.”
