DENVER - Governor Polis took action in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Governor Polis extended an Executive Order related to marriage licenses. He also amended and extended the Executive Order pertaining to the State’s disaster declaration due to COVID-19 in Colorado. The Executive Order repays borrowing from state reserves used to support the state’s COVID-19 response and reallocates existing funds for COVID-19 response. These actions are made possible by the receipt of new awards from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for public health expenses.
