BLOOMINGTON — Rep. Dean Phillips will join representatives from SkyWater Technology to herald legislation signed into law by President Biden that will invest billions of dollars in domestic semiconductor manufacturing and science research.
The CHIPS and Science Act, which Biden plans to sign on Tuesday and was passed by a strong bipartisan majority last week, will bolster America’s economy and national security.
