xYesterday at a campaign stop, Ron Johnson admitted he was open to a federal abortion ban.
In response, Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes, Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate released the following statement:
“Ron Johnson’s disregard for the rights and freedoms of Wisconsin women is disqualifying. We deserve elected leaders who will go to the mat to protect our freedoms, but instead Ron Johnson is putting women and doctors at risk by supporting a federal abortion ban. He is dangerously out of touch with Wisconsinites and it’s time to send him packing.”
