Early this morning, Congressman Bill Huizenga voted against President Biden and Speaker Pelosi's $1.9 trillion pork laden spending package. Following the vote, Congressman Huizenga released the following statement regarding the partisan legislation saying,

"Less than 9% of this massive spending bill goes toward defeating covid and 95% of the education funding won’t be spent until next school year at the earliest. This bill allows for taxpayer funding for abortion and is loaded with excess spending and liberal policy objectives. With approximately $1 trillion in funding from previous bipartisan relief packages still unspent, this bill isn’t targeted, temporary, or a responsible use of taxpayer dollars."
