Today, Congressman Bill Huizenga (R-MI) released the following statement after the Supreme Court ruled on the Biden Administration’s COVID-19 Mandates.
“The Supreme Court made the right decision to strike down the Biden OSHA Mandate on employers across the nation,” said Congressman Bill Huizenga. “However, I’m disappointed the Supreme Court did not do the same for the CMS Mandate. I continue to support using the Congressional Review Act to repeal the mandate for all workers.”
