On Thursday July 14, Green Party Senate candidate Matthew Hoh and fellow plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against the North Carolina State Board of Elections, which denied the NC Green Party’s petition for ballot access in a 3-2 vote, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
