On Thursday July 21, the North Carolina Green Party, Green Senate candidate Matthew Hoh, and fellow plaintiffs filed an emergency motion for preliminary injunction against the North Carolina State Board of Elections in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
