We’ve created a new Legal Proceedings page with links to court filings in the North Carolina Green Party’s claim to its rightful place on the ballot in November. These filings demonstrate the substantial effort being made by the NC Green Party’s legal team, as well as those by party members and volunteers, to fight for democracy against an establishment bent on suppressing competing voices.
