Yesterday, at The Corner Ballpark in Corktown, Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan endorsed Adam Hollier for Congress. Attached are photos from the event. A link to the full video of the press conference can be found here. 

The Duggan Leadership Fund shared the following information on Hollier in addition to the below quote of support: 

Senator Hollier has spent his life fighting for the issues that matter most to Detroit and the communities throughout Wayne County. His track record, experience leading in the Senate, and military service, prove his ability to be a leader. 

As the son of a retired Detroit firefighter and a former social worker, Adam understands the importance of service. He not only serves us in our military, he is also a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, bringing critical dollars back to Detroit and Wayne County.

“Detroit and Wayne County need a congressman who has the courage to fight for the best interest of our families and our communities,” Mayor Duggan said. “He’s committed to going to Washington rolling up his sleeves and getting the job done.
