Denver, CO — Political outsider, successful business leader, and Republican nominee for U.S. Senate Joe O’Dea called out Michael Bennet for making investment considerations on pending legislation before Congress.

“We all know what happens when a Senator goes to Washington, they turn into Michael Bennet,” said Joe O’Dea.

“No member of Congress should be attempting to profit off their office. Working Coloradans are struggling to make ends meet because they can’t afford record cost increases on their rent, groceries, and gas, but Michael’s more concerned about his wealth. Michael doesn’t put Colorado first, he puts himself and his party first,” said O’Dea.

In 2010 Michael Bennet pledged to ban members of Congress from ever becoming lobbyists.

Twelve years later under a unified Democrat Congress, Bennet is still running on the same campaign pledge he's failed to deliver on.

Since 2009, Bennet has introduced 245 bills, only one of which became law.

In the 116th Congress, the Center For Effective Lawmaking ranked Bennet as the 41st most effective Democrat Senator.

Michael Bennet’s net worth has increased millions since he became a Senator.

It's time to send people of action to Washington, Joe O'Dea will fight for working Americans.
