Denver, CO — Political outsider, successful business leader, and Republican nominee for U.S. Senate Joe O’Dea spoke on Fox News Special Report with Bret Baier about his new TV ad and his opposition to Biden's reckless "Build Back Tax" reconciliation bill.
Please see the highlights below:
Responding to Bennet
"Wow he sounds a little unhinged there, a little upset about my horses but I've been riding horses all my life."
On So-Called "Inflation Reduction Act"
"I just can't believe that he's calling it an Inflation Reduction — it's a tax. And if you look at the Joint Committee on Taxation, which is a nonpartisan committee, they've been very clear that 72% of this tax that Bennet and Biden had put in place is going to get paid by working Americans making less than a hundred grand a year. And right now in a recession that's the last thing we need to be doing. And I don't know why they're calling it Inflation Reduction, even Bernie Sanders says it's not going to reduce inflation."
Bennet Supporting Biden
"Well he's got to be all in because it's his party's policies and he's the same one that supported Joe Biden when they killed the XL pipeline. They have single-handedly undone our fossil fuel here in America and these are the same guys that are begging Venezuela to send us oil. I mean it's just unbelievable. They'll do anything in an election year to try and maintain power. And that's the problem with this party system that we have right now. Democrats have banded together, they're going to saddle working Americans with more taxation in a recession year; makes no sense to me at all."
