Governor Ron DeSantis’s re-election campaign today announced a $5.3 million investment in Spanish-language broadcast and cable television in targeted Florida media markets, as well as reservations across digital and radio mediums. This media reservation announcement is the first of the Governor’s re-election campaign and reflects his commitment to communicating his “Keeping Florida Free” policy agenda to Hispanic voters.
Governor Ron DeSantis’s re-election campaign released the following statement concerning the announcement:
“As Joe Biden and the Democrat Party continue to lose their footing with the Hispanic community, Republicans are gaining and growing. Spanish-speaking Hispanics in Florida and across the country are moving toward Governor Ron DeSantis because of his emphasis on economic opportunity, education, public safety, and other family-focused policies. This is our first media investment of the campaign, proving the importance we are placing on sharing our freedom agenda with Spanish-speaking voters across the state of Florida.”
The reserved ad spots will air on statewide Spanish-language cable, broadcast, and radio channels, as well as on digital, with an emphasis in the Miami-Dade and Orlando media markets.
