Today, Charlie Crist, candidate for governor of Florida, released a new digital ad holding Ron DeSantis accountable for his heartless move to ship Venezuelan immigrants from Texas to Massachusetts using Floridians taxpayer dollars in a cruel political stunt to appeal to his base.

Charlie’s digital ad, titled “My Faith,” shows the stark contrast between Charlie’s compassionate leadership and Ron DeSantis’s cruel political games as the governor continues to turn his back on Floridians with his extremist anti-woman, anti-freedom agenda.

Click here to watch Charlie’s ad:

“My faith teaches me that we’re all children of God…That is lost on Ron DeSantis. For him it’s always putting politics over peoples’ lives,” says Crist in the ad. “Lying to migrant children to lure them onto a plane to God knows where, treating families fleeing brutal socialist regimes like cattle, mocking their fight for freedom — it makes me sick — but sadly it’s not surprising. It’s who he is.

“He does this to distract from his extreme agenda. Telling women they cannot make decisions about their own bodies, banning abortion even in cases of rape and incest — Who does that? Ron DeSantis, that’s who.

“We must come together to defeat him. To build a state we can all be proud of. A Florida that works for all.”
