As Iowans continue to face rising costs, Rep. Cindy Axne (IA-03) today released her brand-new webpage to help connect Iowans to the resources and information they need to navigate ongoing inflation.

The webpage, axne.house.gov/inflation, provides a breakdown of the legislative actions that Rep. Axne has taken to combat inflation – including voting to pass a package to drive down the costs of food and fuel, successfully urging the Biden administration to make E-15 available year-round, introducing her Supply Chain Solutions Agenda to alleviate disruptions and support Iowa’s small businesses and families, and much more.

The page also includes federal and state resources that Iowans can use to locate the cheapest gas in their area, access housing, energy, and utility bill assistance, find healthy food and low-cost recipes, and more.

“Iowans’ dollars continue to be stretched thin in the grocery store check-out lines and at the gas pump. These folks deserve to see the concrete steps being taken to help them keep money in their pockets and to have easy access to the resources they need to make ends meet, and that’s exactly what this new page provides,” said Rep. Axne. “I encourage everyone to visit axne.house.gov/inflation and spread the word, and I’ll continue doing everything I can to help families through this challenging time.”

Rep. Axne is committed to providing Iowans with up-to-date and reliable resources in times of hardship. In the throes of the Covid-19 pandemic, she released and consistently updated her Coronavirus Resource Guide with federal, state, and local information that families and businesses could use to weather the public health crisis.
