Long Branch, NJ – Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) hosted a telephone town hall yesterday evening with constituents in New Jersey’s 6th Congressional District. Pallone spoke about his efforts in Congress to lower gas and food prices, expand access to baby formula, prevent gun violence, and increase funding for mental health and substance abuse disorder programs. He also spoke about funding he secured for major infrastructure projects in his district.
“Hearing directly from my constituents allows me to be a better advocate and legislator,” Congressman Pallone said. “In Congress, I’m fighting to hold corporations accountable for ripping off Americans at the gas pump, making sure that our communities are safe from gun violence, and helping to expand access to mental health and substance abuse disorder programs. I also provided an update on the funding my district will receive to repair and improve infrastructure in Middlesex and Monmouth Counties. I’m grateful for everyone who joined me to ask questions and share their concerns.”
