Warren County, NJ — This week, Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) joined families, farmers, artisans, local businesses, and children at the 83rd annual Warren County Farmers’ Fair.

The Fair began informally in 1859 as a gathering of farmers, mechanics, and manufacturers, and was incorporated in 1937. Since then, the Fair has evolved and grown, including with the addition of the Hot Air Balloon Festival 19 years ago. This year’s Festival includes hot air balloon launches, Garden and Antique Tractor pulls, musical entertainment, kids activities and carnival rides, livestock exhibits, horse shows, shopping, plenty of food vendors, and a variety of contests and races.

“After what has been a turbulent year for many, it was wonderful to come together as a community at the Warren County Farmers' Fair this week. I had a great time meeting with farmers and families, trying out a few games, and sampling corn, lemonade, hand-cut fries, and a Tahitian sunrise smoothie at the 83rd-annual Warren Fair,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5). “From giving our families, farmers, and neighbors an opportunity to come together, to supporting our local businesses, county and community organizations, and youth organizations like 4-H, this wonderful Warren county tradition benefits our community in more ways than one. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make this year’s Fair possible.”
