WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) today attended the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club's Readers are Leaders event where she read to West Virginia's children and answered questions.

"Readers are leaders, and I applaud the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club for all they do to prepare West Virginia's children for success," said Congresswoman Miller. "As our state's next generation, it is so important to encourage our kids to work hard in school and become the best readers they can be. It was great to meet with these young West Virginians, and I am confident that by the end of this summer, they will be reading more books than ever before!"
