Today, February 25th, 2022, Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA-02) released the following statement after the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) changed its guidance regarding the use of masks while indoors.

“I am glad to see the CDC finally catching up with the science. For months I have said that we need to help the American people learn to safely live with COVID and not live in fear of it. If an individual wishes to wear a mask, they should be able to do so. Saying that masks are a requirement for every single American is unscientific.”
