New endorsements follow more than 140 endorsements from state and local leaders across Ohio Today, ten labor unions representing workers across Ohio are announcing their endorsement of Congressman Tim Ryan for U.S. Senate. Tim is a lifelong supporter of organized labor who is running for Senate to cut all Ohio workers in on the deal.
“We support Tim Ryan for U.S. Senate because he has a proven record of standing with working families in the Mahoning Valley and across Ohio,” said Joe Rugola, Executive Director of OAPSE. “He’s with us in the halls of Congress and in our union halls, championing strong unions and our right to have a voice on the job and in our communities. He is fighting to bring good jobs to Ohio; to provide training to displaced workers so they can be part of new technologies; to help get our schools and local government services open safely; and to get health care costs under control. We support Tim Ryan for U.S. Senate because he understands at a gut level and in his heart the challenges and obstacles working Ohioans face in making a better future for their families.
