Tim Ryan submitted 3,000 signatures, including from voters in each of Ohio’s 88 counties, in order to appear on the ballot in Ohio’s U.S. Senate race this year.
“This campaign is about the working people in every corner of our state, who are working hard, doing everything right, and deserve two senators who will show up and work hard every day to cut them in on the deal,” said Tim Ryan. “I’m proud to be filing for the ballot with signatures from voters in all 88 counties—from Williams to Washington County, and Ashtabula to Lawrence to Hamilton County. From now through November, this team is going to keep building the momentum we need to bring home a victory for Ohio workers in this race.”
Tim continues to build grassroots support and momentum in his campaign to flip Ohio’s open U.S. Senate seat. In the fourth quarter of 2021, he raised a record-breaking $2.9 million—setting a new off-year record for a Senate candidate in Ohio. Additionally, Tim has been endorsed by Senator Sherrod Brown and Congresswomen Joyce Beatty and Marcy Kaptur, as well as two dozen labor unions and the Ohio AFL-CIO, nearly 250 state and local elected officials, and Democratic leaders and activists in every corner of Ohio.
