U.S. Senate candidate Tim Ryan continued to build momentum and grassroots support in communities across the state while supporting pro-worker candidates up and down the ballot.

Workers First Tour Visits Communities in Every Corner of Ohio

Tim Ryan took his Workers First Tour to Hamilton and Mount Vernon to talk about his plans to bring jobs back to Ohio and cut workers in on the deal.

TIM’S “NO-BULL” APPROACH IN HAMILTON: “He says we need to be about shop class, not culture wars, broadband, not band wagons…He proposes a party realignment around pocketbook issues.”

IN THE MOUNT VERNON NEWS: “Democrat Tim Ryan brought his campaign for the U.S. Senate to Knox County on Thursday, sharing his message that he wants to position communities like Mount Vernon for manufacturing growth and fight for investment in infrastructure and jobs.”

“A Fundraising Force”

On Tuesday, Tim pledged to invest more than $3 million in a coordinated campaign to build a strong organizing base in every corner of the state and elect pro-worker candidates up and down the ballot. More coverage on Tim’s record-breaking campaign and support for other statewide candidates in WFMJ, The Hill, and Spectrum News.

Supporting Ohio Communities

Last week, Tim Ryan announced significant investments of federal funding for community projects in Northeast Ohio.

TIM ON THE FUNDING SECURED FOR OHIO: “It’s my priority in Congress to bring back Ohioans’ hard-earned tax dollars to help create jobs and ensure a good quality of life for everyone who lives here.”

More on the federal funding package, which includes $18 million in funding for projects that Tim fought for, in The Vindicator and WFMJ.

Additionally, Tim’s bill, the SFC Heath Robinson Act, passed the House of Representatives last week. The bill, named after Ohio veteran Heath Robinson who passed away from a rare form of lung cancer after being exposed to burn pits, would fund a much-needed boost in health care services and disability benefits for veterans exposed to toxic burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan.
