DENVER - Today, Governor Jared Polis appointed Yolanda M. Fennick to the El Paso County Court in the 4th Judicial District. The vacancy was created by the appointment of the Honorable Samuel Evig to the 4th Judicial District Court, and is effective immediately.

Ms. Fennick is a solo practitioner with The Law Office of Yolanda M. Fennick, a position she has held since 2006. Her practice consists of family, juvenile, and guardianship matters. Previously, she was an Associate with Kane, Donley, and Johnson, P.C. (2001-2006) and a Managing Attorney at Colorado Legal Services (1996-2000). Ms. Fennick earned her B.A. from Lincoln University in 1987 and her J.D. from the University of Missouri in 1991.
