Congressman John Moolenaar is a cosponsor of the Prohibition of Agricultural Land for China Act, which bans China from purchasing farmland in the United States.
"This legislation protects Michigan farmers from having their farmland controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. We cannot allow China to buy U.S. farms and jeopardize the food supply Michigan families rely on,” said Moolenaar. "I will continue to stand up for Michigan agriculture and oppose China’s attempts to buy more American farms.”
