MOORESTOWN, NJ – On Tuesday, Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03) held a telephone town hall to discuss the ongoing crisis in Ukraine and hear from Burlington and Ocean County residents about issues of concern to them.

"The conflict unfolding overseas in Ukraine is tragic and is likely to have global repercussions for decades to come. I am grateful so many people joined this town hall so we could talk about our concerns with the war and about the impacts it's having right here in New Jersey," said Congressman Kim. "I hope this town hall provided some relief for my neighbors in Burlington and Ocean Counties and gave people an understanding of the current conflict and what the United States is doing to help our Ukrainian allies."

A full recording of the town hall can be found here.During the town hall, Congressman Kim also discussed the State of the Union, rising gas prices, energy independence, and the opioid crisis. He also spoke about the Honoring Our PACT Act, which passed the House last week and would ensure all veterans exposed to toxic chemicals during their service have access to the care and benefits they need and deserve.
