In response to Mr. Cullen's pleads for help Judge Luttig said to Mr. Cullen, “I don’t even have a job, much less an official one” on January 5th, 2021.
Miraculously, on January 6, 2021, The Coca-Cola Company announced that Judge Luttig had a new job with their company, advising its board of directors. In February 2022, Luttig went on a media tour and repeated that he did not have a job when Mr. Cullen called, never mentioning his monumental Coca-Cola deal.
We are waiting on Judge Luttig's explanation of this coincidence and his misspeak. More importantly, we are waiting on a clarification of a inconsistency on the role President Donald J. Trump's former US Attorney General William P. Barr played in convincing Vice President Mike Pence to certify the electoral votes on January 6, 2022.
Mr. Pence, in his letter to Congress, elevated Judge Luttig's tweets to the same status as an official remark made by Bradley, an associate judge of the United States Supreme Court who served from 1870 to 1892 and who served on the 1877 Congressional Presidential Election Committee.
On October 2021, Rutger University’s Board of Governors had voted to remove Judge Joseph Bradley’s name from a building titled after him, expressing that the committee had “studied his judicial record” and disagreed with his rulings related to the removal of U.S. military forces from the former Confederate states

It is unfortunate that Mr. Pence continues to be under the control of Judge Luttig, and his tweet. More unfortunate is that a year after later Mr. Pence was pressed to make his nonsensical "President Trump is Wrong" speech in Orlando, Florida.
However, it is fortunate that Judge Luttig outed Mr. Barr and Mr. Cullen as a part of media road show that followed Mr. Pence's speech. A road show that was meant to cover-up Durham's filing showing Hillary paid not only to fabricate a Steele Dossier but the notion that Trump and his family were using Russian made cell phones in the White House.
In conclusion, Mike Pence was misled to utilized a tweet from a private citizen who was either unemployed or employed by The Coca-Cola Company and a unfortunately cancelled member of a 15 member Committee as his authorities to certify the electoral votes in the 2020 election.
