Reproductive Healthcare, including access to birth control and safe and legal abortion, is an essential part of your health and well-being.  I am Pro-Choice, and I’m ready to fight to protect women’s fundamental human rights!

Healthcare is a fundamental human right.  Our struggle with COVID-19 has illustrated how many Americans are one paycheck or severe illness away from insolvency and no one should have to choose between a sick child and a mortgage payment.  Until universal healthcare becomes a reality we need to work with insurance companies and medical providers to ensure that every American can find affordable solutions for their health and well-being including increasing awareness and access to Health Savings Plans.

Unchecked and unregulated insurance practices have negatively impacted the American consumer and Congress has a responsibility to check runaway insurance increases and protect Medicare and Medicaid.

A society should be judged by how it treats its most vulnerable and the ongoing struggle for underinsured or uninsured Americans reveals our gaps in our social safety net.

Increased funding for research and support to serve our disabled community, specifically those on the autism spectrum.  Many American families struggle with finding resources for autistic family members and deserve a voice of advocacy.  With increasing diagnoses of multi exceptionalities, America is at a crossroads.  We can take the right path and help those in need of social, emotional, and medical support in the neuro-atypical community.

Stem soaring costs of prescription medications.  Working families often cannot afford life saving medications, including maintenance prescriptions such as insulin.  We need to work to limit profiteering from pharmaceutical companies at the expense of the literal and economic health of the American families who need access to quality medications.  We can craft bipartisan legislation to ensure that skyrocketing prescription prices come down to affordable measures for the good of all.
