USDA Rural Development Awards $30,000 Grant To Carroll County For Engineering Research Study

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development today announced $30,000 in federal funding for an engineering research study on portions of the sewer system in Carroll County. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:

“This grant of $30,000 should support research into the necessary improvements for the sewer systems in Carroll County. Gladeville, Cranberry, and Woodlawn, in Carroll County, sewer collection systems have experienced increased inflow and infiltration. Such research can uncover information that may be helpful.”
