Ukraine needs the Russian-made fighter jets that are still being held in Poland and other Eastern European countries and the United States should do what it can to facilitate that transfer, Rep. Don Bacon, a retired U.S. Air Force brigadier general, said Wednesday on Newsmax.
However the Biden administration is “always kind of reactive and not proactive,” and it’s “ludicrous” that it won’t agree to help by replacing the transferred equipment with American-made planes and weapons, the Nebraska Republican told Newsmax’s “John Bachman Now.”
