Appalachian Regional Commission Awards $500,000 For Glamorgan Sewer Line Project

The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) has awarded $500,000 to Wise County for the Glamorgan sewer line project. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:

“The Glamorgan sewer line project will benefit the health and quality of life for Wise County residents and improve potential for economic development. ARC’s award of $500,000 is a welcome investment toward completing the project.”

This award of $500,000 follows a previous $500,000 grant awarded by ARC on September 9, 2020. The project consists of 13,640 linear feet of sewer line improving 44 households and 13 businesses.
