HHS Awards $1,140,488 To St. Charles Health Council For Black Lung Clinic Program

he U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded $1,140,488 to the St. Charles Health Council for the Black Lung Clinic Program. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:

“Black lung is a terrible condition many coal miners have to face. Today’s award of more than one million dollars to the St. Charles Health Council for black lung program services will help miners get the care they need.”
