The Second Amendment to the Constitution is clear. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Gun control violates the 2nd Amendment, and it does not prevent crime. Our goal should be to keep firearms out of the hands of criminals without making it harder for law-abiding Americans to exercise this fundamental human right.
