RALEIGH: Candidate for U.S. Senate Cheri Beasley joined volunteers to launch two canvasses and visited a local barbershop in Charlotte. Cheri also spoke with workers at a Service Employees International Union (SEIU) event to share her commitment to standing up for workers and strengthening our economy in the U.S. Senate.
“With only 51 days until the election, I’m continuing to travel the state and meeting with voters where they are – in barbershops, labor halls, churches, and many places where communities gather – to talk about what’s at stake in this election,” said Cheri Beasley. “I’m inspired by the North Carolinians I’ve met and more committed than ever to fighting for our state – to lower costs, protect our rights, and build an economy that works for all North Carolinians.”
The campaign is holding stops statewide with events to reach voters across the state, including roundtables focused on hearing from small business owners, community conversations on issues that matter to North Carolinians like lowering costs, supporting North Carolina’s farmers, and creating a Made-in-America economy, tours of vocational and training facilities, North Carolina companies, and more.
