Candidate for U.S. Senate Cheri Beasley brought her Standing Up for North Carolina Tour to Nash County. Cheri spoke with small business owners and Rocky Mount residents about how she can best support small businesses in the U.S. Senate.

“I heard from North Carolina small business owners, families and communities who are tired of Washington politicians leaving them behind––they want a Senator who will fight for their families and the issues that are most important to them including lowering costs and protecting constitutional rights. I am committed to continue spending the next 50 days meeting voters where they are as we work to bring change to North Carolina,” said Cheri Beasley. Cheri visited The Bath Place and Larema Coffee House to talk about how she can best support small businesses in the U.S. Senate and held a community conversation in Rocky Mount to speak to Nash County voters about the issues most important to them.

The campaign is holding stops statewide with events to reach voters across the state, including roundtables focused on hearing from small business owners, community conversations on issues that matter to North Carolinians like lowering costs, supporting North Carolina’s farmers, and creating a Made-in-America economy, tours of vocational and training facilities, North Carolina companies, and more.
