- Incentivize employers to provide family-friendly workplaces--including paternal leave, flexible schedules, remote working options, job sharing, and childcare.
- Support/Provide complete coverage and access to health care to all women’s reproductive health services.
- Support the adoption of the Equal Rights Amendment.
- Legislate a mandate for family-friendly workplaces and offer recognition for best practices.
- Include women’s health provisions in federal health care legislation.
