Today, Governor Greg Abbott announced that he is endorsing Carl Tepper for House District 84.
“Carl Tepper is a trusted conservative leader who served in the Gulf War and back home as Republican Chairman. Now, we can count on him to fight for lower property taxes and to secure our border. I urge voters in Lubbock and Shallowater to elect Carl Tepper as their next state representative,” said Governor Abbott.
