After a Week of Collecting Donations Across the State, Crist Visits Volusia to Drop Off Critical Supplies for Floridians Impacted by Hurricane Ian and Tour Damage
Today, as part of his campaign’s hurricane relief efforts, Charlie Crist, candidate for governor of Florida, visited Volusia County where he dropped off critical donations to Floridians impacted by Hurricane Ian and saw first hand the devastation left behind.
Crist and his team were able to donate hundreds of dollars worth of water, food, and critical supplies to Volusia county residents as a result of his campaign’s “Together Florida” relief efforts, which have seen the campaign bus visit communities across the state to collect donations for hurricane victims.
Earlier today, Crist also made a stop in Polk County to collect additional donations. There, he met with local residents and community leaders looking to do their part for those affected across the state.
“We are so blessed to have the opportunity to bring some help to folks in Volusia County that were impacted by Hurricane Ian,” said Charlie Crist. “With so many Floridians in need, we know our work does not end here, but I remain thankful for the support of so many across the state that are coming together to help their neighbors in need.”
