Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-01) today announced that the U.S. Department of Justice has awarded grant funding, through the Department’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) COPS Hiring Program (CHP), to hire two new law enforcement officers in Dubuque and one new law enforcement officer in Postville.
