Today, Patrick Cheetham, a 20-year New Hampshire law enforcement veteran and past president of the New Hampshire Police Association, responded to a new false ad from Mitch McConnell’s super PAC, which includes misleading claims about Senator Hassan’s support for law enforcement and commitment to public safety:
“Maggie Hassan’s commitment, both as Governor and Senator, to cracking down on drug trafficking and delivering resources to respond to the opioid crisis is second to none. I’m proud to stand by Senator Hassan against any attacks on her record of fighting to keep New Hampshire safe.”
