Governor Jared Polis Appoints William H. Moller to Fourth Judicial District Court

Governor Jared Polis today announced the appointment of William H. Moller as a District Court Judge in the 4th Judicial District. This judgeship was created by the appointment of the Honorable Timothy J. Schutz to the Court of Appeals. The vacancy is effective immediately. 

William H. Moller is a District Court Magistrate in the 4th Judicial District, a position he has held since 2020.  His docket primarily consists of domestic relations. Previously, he was an Owner at The Moller Law Group, LLC (2008- 2020); an Attorney with David W. Kirch, P.C. (2007-2008); and served as an Officer in the United States Army (1985-2005). Mr. Moller earned his B.S. from Florida State University in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2007.
